dually rear axle seal

, Iv Got A 1997 F350 Dually, And I Can't Get The Rear Seal To Stop leaking, I Put A New One In. I Broke All The Axle Bolts In The One That Was In It, I Had A Srw Axle in My Yard, So I Took A Hub Off It. Would That Be The Reason? Didnt Look/ Measure AnY Different. Any Ideas?
