Truck cap hoist?

Truck cap hoist?
Don't know what to call it, or where to put it on here, so,,,,
I want to remove the cap from my truck. If I had a couple people here besides myself, it would be no big deal. Well, there's no one.
Have any of you made a contraption of any sort to hoist and hang one from say the ceiling joists in your garage or barn? I saw something many years ago in a guys barn, but I can't recall just what it was, seems like a come-a-long pulley set up or something.

In the past, I never had a garage or barn so everything was outdoors. But when I did have a cap and wanted to remove it, I built a simple 2x4 frame to rest the cap on.
The frame mimics a stud wall with floor stringers, it's a bit wider and higher than the rear of the truck.
I would back the truck up to the frame, unclamp the cap and from inside using my back, I could slide the cap onto the cradle and let it rest there until I needed it again.
I don't have pics as it was so long ago but it served me well for years. I could mow and trim around and the best part, I didn't need anyone's help.

Hi Tim, I was originally thinking along that line, and a few years ago it would have been zero problem. Osteoarthritis has taken control of my shoulders and back, so I have to be careful, or really start hurting.
I have a winch on the front of my Rhino, and a loader on my tractor. Possibly I could rig up something like in the thread Stewart showed me. As far as hanging it the barn, well maybe not.
I'm taking it off to checkout my exhaust drone, to see if the cap magnifies it, and likely would be going back on to protect tools and other crap I carry around.

I think I solved my problem, it was looking me in the face the whole time. I'll just take a couple 8' 4x4's, and wedge them into the loader on my tractor. Photos will be forthcoming.

What I did was hang 4 hooks to the rafters, take the 2-2x4`s and lift front of shell slightly so you can slide 2x4 underneath (across truck) then do same to rear, attach straps and cinch up a bit so you can drive out. Reverse to put on. Simple 1 man operation.
Supplies:
4 Hanging hooks
2-2x4`s about 5' ea with eye brackets bolted on ends
4 motorcycle type straps
