Cool Overheating

What temp should this truck run at?
Also i am getting error code p0480 for Fan 1 Control Circuit
Recently replaced the fan clutch and thermostats.. where do i start looking for this problem?

Check the sensor for the fan and its ground. 194F is normal operating temp...unloaded.

Right at the fan, on top of the shroud. I would start there.
