96 F150, 4.9L injection pump problems, hard hot start issues

Hello all, I am still having issues with my truck, it has a hard time starting after I have been driving around for a while. It will chug, sometimes stall, but eventually will idle normally. Recently replaced my cap, wires, rotor, plugs and coil, didn't help at all.
Can the air injection pump cause this issue? My CEL is on and the code is incorrect secondary air flow. I'd personally just like to get rid of the injection pump, but have no clue what size serpentine belt I would need. Any thoughts on all of this?
