"SAT FAULT" on 2011 Ford Ranger

My 2011 Ranger with a factory Sirius satellite receiver has started showing "SAT FAULT".
Checked all the usual things like: Fuse, power, connections, & antenna.

Any ideas?

I'd take it back to the dealership and have them look at it. It might need a new module if it can't be reset.
