Arrow 99 Ranger 3.0 v6..DRL

Hi guys, I'm also new at this kind of thing but my Ranger runs very well but I bought it as a rebuilt & now my DRL fail to go on. I have checked every fuse in the interior box & distribution box. I have low/high beam. So any help with this problem would surely be appreciated.
