Thump after stop and takeoff

Thump after stop and takeoff
Please excuse any words that do not reflect tech terms as I have limited experience with auto repair, service and the like.
Looking for some help from the forum and Ford truck owners.
To start off, this is not the same issue as the 'thunk' people have posted about in previous posts wrt the driveline issues. Ford already checked that out and said no issues there.
I have a 2009 F150 Lariat 4x4, 89K miles, 20" wheels, all stock except a 2.5" leveling kit that was put on when I bought it in 2009.
When I come to a stop and take off, there is a loud thump on what seems to be coming from the front end, seems to be more pronounced when turning left. Almost like when you pop a joint on your body. It does not happen first thing in the morning. It is intermittant but happens throughout the day. It is not the transmission and does not feel like something in the driveline/train. It only started after 75K miles.
One more piece of information is that it happens about a second after takeoff, not right when I takeoff from a stop...
I have taken it into the shop and left it for a few days (two times) and they say they cannot reproduce the issue.
I put the Contour Roam under the truck the other day to see if I could catch anything popping under the front end but did not see anything. However, I can hear the thump in the video but it's not as noticeable vs when you are sitting in the truck, you can feel it thump with your feet on the floor board too. I could post the video but you really have to listen to it multiple times to hear it with the road and engine noise.
Could this be a suspension problem, a ball joint, hub issue, brakes sticking?
Any help would be truly appreciated.
Thanks!!
