IDIT Performance Build

This winter I decided to rebuild and build up my 94 F350 4x4, factory turbo, CC. I decided to build for the best balance of reliability and increased power. Below is a list of things done to the engine so far.

Block
Sleaved
Line Bored
Decked
Balance Rotating Assembly
Shaved pistons .005 out of Deck
Tri-coated Pistons
Dry Film Coated Bearings
Stage 1 Cam

Heads
New Valves- Ceramic coated faces and dry film coated stems
Performance Valve Springs
4 Angle Valve Job
Head Studs
Soon to have first set of Harland Sharp Custom Roller Rockers

Exhaust
All Castings Ceramic Coated
New Up Pipe Castings

Misc
Custom Intake
Custom Turbo in Factory Location, A3K
Powerstroke Intercooler
Heavy Duty Tranny Cooler
G code Injectors set to 2300 psi
Upgraded Fuel System, 180cc DB4 pump on order
Everything cleaned and repainted

dang ol, dang ol. that is one sexy IDI right there. man, can't wait to see what it does.

Is that the A3K? what are you doing for a fuel system?

I bet your a tester for the new db2 and your going for a solid 400 or more

i hope he is going with a 180cc DB4 on this thing. it should be nuts with one of them on there.

Might dyno it down the road sometime but not before it is properly broke in and no sooner then next winter, have a long busy summer of work for it to do first.
