Are the HP ratings on the chips for crank or rear wheel hp ?

Ie..is a 80 dd program 80 hp at the tires?

Thanks in advance.

Of course they are an approximation and assume that you have the correct supporting mods to achieve the ratings.

I use the HP numbers to identify my different tunes. But with bigger injectors added to the mix, the numbers are not relative anymore. My 140 tune is now a 200+ hp tune. I'd love to dyno each one and see what each one actually is.
