F3 brake line and fittings

I just bought a 1949 F3 and I am curious is anyone know what size the hydraulic brake line and fittings should be? I am assuming I will have to fab this stuff since I have not found a kit anywhere.

you can buy the rubber hoses through restoration companies. the metal lines you can buy from a parts store, I like the new copper/nickel/ferrite lines that wont rust and are easier to bend. get some brake line bending pliers for the job. I think mine are 3/16 on the 48 F3, but I could be wrong. you can take your new or old hoses to the parts store to verify size and thread.

I'll be doing my F3 in a few weeks but fairly sure they are 1/4".
