Can a standard 6.0L use biofuel ?

Get out of town. This is really a trick question, right? A properly running turbo-diesel in any Ford will burn almost anything you can put in it. I burn used motor oil and my friend burns used cooking oil (and a lot of filters). Just be careful of gasoline content. That doesn't take much (>3%) Your water filter should take care of the water problem.

The fuel side of the 6.0 injector LOVES biodiesel.
The oil side of the 6.0 injector HATES biodiesel.
You can use it, but you have to use the severe-service oil change interval.
In this case, "biofuel" and "biodiesel" refer to ASTM-D6751-compliant refined fuels.
Running waste french-fry grease through your 6.0 is just BEGGING for problems.
