I have no idea what they are, some kind of little speakers. They aren't even hooked up anymore.

When I got this truck, it had some old aftermarket Alpine stereo CD changer radio. I took it out, and heat shrink factory radio connectors to the harness and installed a AM/FM cassette radio from a bricknose

To each their own I suppose... If I was stuck with a bricknose, I'd swap it to an OBS clip... One of the nicest designs Ford put out IMO

Me too. I love my 95' with a gray interior. One plus, is that if I ever decided to repaint a different color, it'll match the interior. If I had a red on red truck and I paint outside blue.....blue/red would look very awkward.

I'm a fan of every Ford truck ever made, but I can honestly say I've never heard anybody hatin' on the 92-96's. I do like the 87-91's too.

my last 9th gen was the gray like that too.i liked it ok at first.the truck was only 3 yrs old when i bought it.
that gray got old, real fast.i think i was sick of it's blandness in just a little over a year or so.
now with the red (even though now it doesn't match my exterior very well, but i don't care) im still loving it after 3 years.

it's a warm feel is why.the gray is very cold, industrial and impersonal.basically it's just about as much fun as white lol.

i don't see how anyone actually prefers the 8th gen over the 9th gen truck though.nobody ever liked that one back in the day.the 9th is basically the same body style just sharpened up.

Personally I like the OBS over the brick nose but I do like the bricknose a lot. I like my 88 F150 and our 89 F250 and F350 bricknoses and I couldn't bring myself to swap the whole clip over but if I ever saw a decent cheap OBS I would jump on it big time.

While I do agree a gray interior pretty much goes well with ANY color you can put the truck, I still find it tasteless.

As for blue on red, friend of mine bought a baby blue '89 F250, with a red interior, and oh yes does it ever look awkward

Mine is midnight blue with a maroon interior...

But to me, it sorta "Goes with it".. Not like it's bright blue, etc.

It's a good thing we have so many options since everybody wants something different. I for one have a bricknose with blue interior and dislike both, hence why it's getting changed to a bullnose with charcoal/black interior. For stock options though I think the 92+ with dark grey interior is one of the best looking trucks ever made, near perfect.

Red interior is pretty BA but requires a special taste. I used to have an old AMC with red interior and it was one of my favorite cars.
