diy d66 turbo

ok guys and gals if there is any. i am currently in the process of doing a diy d66 i aquired a 66mm turbo conversion kit from barder turbo services in pa i talked to the owner of the place for a good hour and half maybe more. i know it is expesive to but a turbo that is already set up but you can do it yourself for half the price. here are some pics of the set up the comp wheel is a billet wheel kinda like a larger version of the ww2 if you get my drift also has extended tips as well and very light compared to an normal d66 wheel also a little bit taller and also it comes with the 360 thrust bearing and everything needed to do a turbo rebuild

Looks good Ronnie. Do you mind telling us the cost? Did you get just the wheel and the thrust bearing from them?

Ronnie, hows the new wheel working out for you ? Is that a stock 1.0 housing in your pic ? How is the power gain ? Any change in EGT ? Does it spool faster than stock ?

New stage 1's in the near future and it's time to rebuild my turbo. I am very interested in Barders' kit.
