5.8L intermittent cylinder miss

I have a 95 F250 4x4 with the 5.8. Recently I have developed a miss in the engine, and today I checked all the plugs and wires, and found that the #5 cylinder seems to be running rich, as the spark plug was a little brownish. Wasnt wet or oily, just a little rich looking. It gets ignition, just not all the time.

We were thinking it may be the injector, any other ideas? A mechanic friend of mine told me to check the fuel press regulator, but that works fine.

Truck had a brand new ignition but in less than 10k miles ago.

Thanks !

What are the codes? That should pin it down better than guessing.
