My tranny well not shift from fist to second on its own, j have to manually do that servant to third, third to second, second to first are fine. Just first to second. Has a brand new modulator and fluid. Not sure if there are adjustments I need to make to the modulator or vrv. The vrv is turned to the stops with the head of it pointing towards the front of the truck. And yes I replaced it with the same color band. And yes I do get vacuum at the modulator. Any suggestions? Please and thank you.

 

Sounds like you might have a worn out band inside that C6.... or its a pump issue

 

I know the intermediate band can be adjusted, and I know it has to do with second gear. How would I go about adjusting it if that is the issue?

Yeah it shifts so nice between second and third and does downshift to first gear
