Found a blown o-ring on top of hpop?
Yesterday I had a no start on my 03 6.0, I scanned truck to find low ipr psi (250) the ipr sensor was also maxed at 85%. So I assumed to have an oil leak. After getting hpop cover off I put shop air psi to top of hpop and noticed a small leak coming from the o-ring on top of hpop. Took it apart to find o-ring blown. Removed pump and ipr sensor and both visually looked ok. My question is that can I get by with just replacing the o ring or should I replace hpop? Is it normal if this oring blows that it drops the psi to 250-300? Truck has 175000 miles. Ipr sensor was clean of Amy debris. Tia

If the air test showed no other leaks than replace the O-ring and retest. I think that
will do the job. But I do know that he older style of HPOP pumps did have a weak point.
You will have to ask about that because I have a 06 and the pump is not the same.
