Tonight I went to check the air in the tires on my 2001 F350 Dually and saw that the front right rim is broken. Two of the five spokes are completely broken all the way through. So this means I am looking to buy at least one good stock rim for the front. Might buy two if the price is right. Didn't want to spend the money for 4 custom rims right now unless it is really a super deal. If you have some sitting there in your way send me a message. My Zip is 46347.

I just did a search on Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market, and it looks like you can pick up a used wheel for a reasonable price. I found some a few hundred miles from you for $139 in good condition. Do a search and contact some of the salvage yards, even with shipping they can be surprisingly affordable.

Ok,,, my question naturally is,,, HOW did you break it?! I have only broken one rim ever,,, and that was jumping a truck that shouldn'ta been in the air!

 

I have no idea why or how it broke. I just went to check the air pressure in the tires and saw it was broken, 2 spokes. It's not a off road race truck, has never been jumped. It's a crewcab dually. It goes down the road and through the hay field. Pulls a horse trailer, a flatbed trailer and hay wagons.
