88 bronco 5spd trany problem

i finaly got my 88 bronco running and i went to put it in gear after i dialed everything down and got it running good and when i put it in gear it would not do anything. i changed all the positions on the tcase and nothing and it wont move in any gear. when i unloaded it off the trailor and put in gear and poped the clutch it would stop like it shoud have. i can put it in gear and try to spin the rear driveshaft and the truck will rock like it should in gear. the clutch does push a little hard and is a little sticky. it shifts fine without the clutch while its running just wont move i can hear the shift rails and forks moving. i dont understand. could the clutch be stuck pr junk or something it sat for 4 yrs. trhe trcuk i took aprt last sat for 5 yrs and the clutch was completely disingrated and fell all apart. i dont hear any strange noises. please help i want to drive it asap. thanks

Did you replace the pressure plate?

Might want to take a look through the inspection hole and see whats happening inside while somebody else pushes the clutch for you.
