Advice can be given based on what you want/need. Your question is too vague to give you anything but a guess.

Your needs will be in my prayers. Your question though I will try to answer with a little more info. How much do you want to invest? Are you a Truck" kinda girl? Car? SUV? When I 1st read this thread My 1st reaction was Ford Flex. But I am only a partsman not a car salesman.

i like the flex but cant afford one. i like trucks and police cars because i fit in them. see im 5'11" and overweight. also like how a truck can pull trilers or pick up something. great for doing grage sales. but the crown vic would be good mpg and good travel car. so as u can see i like both

My power chair fits into my new Ford Escape, better MPG than Flex, which IMO is uglier than sin. 'Course the Escape isn't much to look at either.

Prior (2001/2012) Escape basically same as Mazda Tribute. Driving position tight if one is over 6' tall, no telescoping steering wheel available.

Oversized (6-5, 325) former Ford partsguy fits into new Escape, but not in older version.

How about an Econoline, with sliding right side door, power chair could go up a ramp, replace drivers seat, lotsa room for yard sale stuff.

2013 Escape totally different than 2001/2012 version. I (6-5, 325) fit as does 'oversized' "She who must be obeyed" and it's ergonomically much better than my former ride, 2011 F150 Lariat Stupor Crew.

IMO, get an Econoline.

Why stay embarased? Do what you gotta do. Better to be happy!
In the mean time sounds like NumberDummy came up with some good ideas. I can only add to choose a vehicle which has the best ride height/seating position for you. 5' 11" makes me think you'd have to go down to a Crown vic seat and more importantly up to get out of it. That could get old.

GamerGirl,
I just walked by a 2013 Escape out in our Service Dept. Thought about cha'. It looked to me like the seat heighth would be great for your 5' 11" frame. I think Bill has the idea. I really liked the Black with multiple colored metalflake also.
