Truck stumbels in OD, also P0705 code
Hello,
newbie here. My 99 Expedition recently began to stumble in OD on an incline. I loaded it up with 2000pds of bagged mulch and the problem was much worse, seemed to stumble throughout the gears. If I had to guess It seemed like a miss fire. There was no check engine light that came on. My neighbor checked to see if it had threw any codes. Code P0705 came up - generic transmission range sensor circuit. Could this be the problem? Transmission shifts find and the OD light does not flash. Some web research indicates this could cause the truck to run rough?
