Difficulty uploading pictures.

What size are the pics? The site software is supposed to automatically resize the pics but I've had issues in the past uploading if they are too large. If you have the ability to resize on your PC, try to make sure all of them are 800 x 600 or smaller. Then try to upload them again.
Also, if you have a Photobucket or Flickr account, you can use it to post pics in the forums as well.

I tend to think PhotoBucket is better but that's just me. I don't use either one but have looked around PhotoBucket in the past and it just appears easier to use.
As far as the pics go, this is a screen capture of the area where you upload the pics. Note the instructions at the bottom where it tells you the requirements for the pics regarding size, etc.:

Yeah... 3200 x 2400 is, like, wallpaper-size. I'm not sure what the software here can handle but it wouldn't surprise me if you're over its limit.
Assuming you're using a MS_Windows PC, you can open up each picture in Paint and resize it there, tell it something like 1024 x 768 or 800 x 600 or so, then save the resized image and try uploading again.
The external hosting sites can resize 'em for ya, too, if you choose to go that route.

If you want to add an Avatar picture next to your name,
Click on "User CP", then scroll down until you see "Edit Avatar".
That is where you can add an Avatar, but your picture must be resized to 100 by 100 pixels or 32.0 KB (whichever is smaller) for it to work.
