My '00 Excursion has rust starting in the rocker-panels. I'd like to get that fixed by someone who is experienced and competent at cutting, welding and treating this problem area for good (or at least for a good long while).

I figured somebody has probably become good at this repair, given how prevalent it is on the SD bodystyle; does anyone have a recommendation for someone in the RI area to do this work?
