I got the rear passenger hub pulled apart and the seal was definitely pooched. It also looks like the backing plate needs to be replaced. The nails holding the park brake shoes in pulled through. It looks like Dorman makes a replacement backing plate kit. Part # 924-212. I ordered it up and tomorrow I can put it back together.

Looks like I am pulling the drivers side apart as well. Yay.
