1995 F250 Gauge Problems

Hey guys. I tried a search on here and couldn't find any answers for my problem. I have a 1995 F250 PSD that I put into a 1977 F350. I am using the instrument cluster out of the 1995. I had everything working in the dash, but had to take the instrument cluster out to solve some other wiring issues. The problem is now when I put the instrument cluster in my Speedo works, the tach works, but all the other gauges are not working (Volts, oil pressure, temp, and fuel level). The gauges are all sitting as if that side doesn't power up. I checked and the plugs at the back are plugged in firmly. I have tried cleaning the contacts. I have checked the power wires coming into that sides plug and I have 1 hot constant and 2 that are hot when the key is on. Can someone please give me some advise as to where to start or a wiring diagram for that side of the instrument cluster so I can start tracing possible wiring issues. Thanks
