Osborn's Auto and Truck Recycling, OKC has the old trucks
405-670-0787

These were just pulled from an old old shut down salvage yard. I went down and took these pictures for you guys. I was looking for a 1962 8 ft. flair side bed but did not find one today. Check back as I will be uploading about 20 pics five at a time tonight.

Looks like there are some good parts. Hopefully someone will save some of this stuff from the crusher.
By the way what is this truck?

It is a 55/6 Dodge. My dad had a 56 big window Dodge when I was a kid.

And I, too, hope someone will save those trucks from the crusher. The big 3/4 ton beds are hard to find, and those are savable.

I drool over pics like these all the time. I know there's nothing I can do, though. But I always first look at tailgates. Then wheels to see if they're lockrings, then on to running boards, fenders, grilles, etc...

I see very usable, and fairly rare, tailgates, running boards, and fenders on those F2/F3 Fords. (for the sake of easier to carry out of there)

Would you happen to have a dash cluster that would fit in a 1950 F-2 by any chance, I could also use the roll up window tracks if you have them.

I happened to spot a drivers side lower fender part in the back of one of the pics I'd like to talk about that too if your interested. I'm trying to restore an F-2 that was stolen and crashed so I have lots of damage to my front end.

You might give Osborn's a call. My guess is that they may be closed on Sunday.
I feel for your truck. I'll bet that it's glad to be back home.

Yea, sorry about that. Got wound uo and didn't catch that till I'd already posted. Put them in my phone and will be calling them in the morning, thanks for sharing! Not sure how the old truck felt about coming home but I was heart broke. She'd been crashed and pretty well stripoed clean in the cab, doors, glove box etc.. if they could get the bolts out they took it. Was gone for about a year or so when I got a suprrise call from the police saying they found her in someones back yard. She still has a long way to go to hit the streets again but I'm bound and determined that no she will no matter how long it takes or how hard it may be!

I have a 400ci out of a 73 Newport along with the 727 trans that would really feel at home in this truck. What kind of price did he want out of one like this?

I hope somebody got in trouble for it. So sorry to hear about your truck, but what a miracle to get it back! Good luck with it.
