1983 F250 4X4 trouble removing rotor

stuck removing bearing nut, have large sloted socket and will not turn sloted nut
has a small washer in front with one slot in it ?? see picture Help!!

The above is how it's supposed to be put together.

Get a breaker bar and crank down on the nut to get it loose. Make sure you put inward pressure on it so you keep the little tabs on the socket fully engaged. This first nut is going to be pretty tight, the second nut adjusts the bearing play.
