i have a first gen shorty console in the rear of my '96.
the plan is to make the new '01 my new show truck like my '96 was. heres a few shots of my old '96 limited in its prime before it was totaled.
so i finally snapped some pics of my explorer with my dads '99 limited v8 awd w/33k miles.
still riding on the recalled firestone wilderness A/T's

yep! we bought it from a family friend it was his wife's truck. they had 2 other houses in different states(ID and AZ) so this explorer only had 17k on it in 2008 when we picked it up. it had never seen snow and been in a heated garage all its life. when i took the wheels off to put snow tires on it the rotors did not even have surface rust and it looked as though the wheels/tires had never been off! it is a real gem.

tell me about it! woke up to more today.
this was yesterday on the way home
last night at midnight
had to run out to wasilla. the police had issues warning to not drive if you dont have to..now like that has ever stopped me! this was about 11am sat.
the truck ran GREAT! lots of power, very smooth and i cant wait to rack more miles on it.
ice stuck to the antenna
rolled over 98,888 on my way home.
