1st you need to remove the cluster bezel

Start by turning on the headlights. And spin the know till you see the slot in it. You need to pull on the metal tab(while pulling the ****) just like you pulled on the **** to turn the lights on.

next you need to remove the trim on either side of the Ip trim. They are the 1" x 6" flat trim. They will just pop of with some prying.

there are (2) 7mm headed screws behind those trim pieces.

You then can pull in the IP trim.

There are snow clups that hold it along the top, just pull straight out.

Once you have it loose, you need to unplug the fuel selector switch and WTS light.

Now you can remove the IP trim.

Then there are (4) 7mm headed screws that hold the cluster in

Word of caution on the front bezel, it likes to crack at the snap holders and screw mounts(the fuel switch mounts when unplugging it). I have been looking for one and all the ones in the junkyards are busted up.... Got to love dried up plastic bezels

Also be carefull of the PRND21 indicator's cable/mount. Thats another weak plastic thing that loves to snap
off.

Thanks for the information DieselBrad and Eddie1546 - I have been concerned about the PRND21 hookup - maybe I can get something done without breaking anything.
