I looked at all the topics but all they are is arguing over its bad or good, I am gonna do mine RIGHT not half ***, now my ? Is what all would I need for a 3-2 inch body lift to make it safe and efficient ?? Oh I already have a 4in suspension

 

I'd also like to see pics with a body lift and 4in suspension if possible, thanks!

 

Not to sound condescending. What is the right way to do a body lift? From what I understand body lifts create more problems then they are worth.

 

Get Polyurethane cab mount bushings while your at it. You may need to fix your frame mounts. Most of the time you can't tell their condition untill a bushing falls through. Now is the time to take it all apart and check their condition and add the poly bushings. They will stiffen it up quite a bit. There is nothing wrong with a body lift, I've had on for years and wouldn't ever take it off. Makes it SO much easier to work under and clean.

 

Will I have to modify steering components?
