Track Bar Removal on 2006 F250

I am trying to replace the track bar on my 2006 F250 diesel. I was able to remove the nuts from both ends and the bolt from the bushing end, but I can't for the life of me get the track bar off of the ball joint. No amount of prying, levering, whacking, etc. would break that end loose. Is there some magic trick to getting the track bar off the ball joint? Some sort of hidden set screw or something like that? Or is it just well and truly stuck on there, and I need to find a more forceful way to pry on it. I even tried wedging a crowbar in where it looked like it would pry on the bar in more or less the right direction, then used a scissors jack on the end of it for the force. I ended up lifting the wheel off the ground and bending the crowbar, but the track bar/ball joint interface remained well and truly stuck. Help!
