Hello

Hello all,

Great forum, I've been reading through a lot of the posts on here, and today I ordered my F350 gasser

Because of this forum I went with the 4.30 gears, lariat ultimate package, FX4, in tuxedo black with adobe interior.

the wait begins

Ha ha, sorry I'm doing this on my phone, I thought you asked about the frame!!

They told me to expect 8-10 weeks but this way I get what I want.

Black seems to be a real popular color lately.

Yes, black is pretty much timeless, but a pig to keep clean!

Right now I am looking at going with the Ruby Red Metallic, it will match good with my Toy Hauler.

Great choice too, it was a toss up between Ruby Red and the black for me, I feel undecided now you've mentioned Ruby Red oh well too late!

As soon as you get a VIN number be sure and go to this site and track it's progress Ford Vehicle Build Tracking - F150online Forums

Of all the Ford trucks I have owed this is only the second one that was ordered, the first was a 1978 F150 Ranger. I hate the wait but with a gasser you almost have to so you can get what you want.

U can also track it once a week on the blue oval forum but beware the guy that does tracking can be a cranky guy make sure u read the rules on asking for him to track your truck because he will ream u out if u dont follow them, that being said he does provide a service in his free time that helps us all out.

Thanks for the welcome, I'm hoping I've made the right choice on the colour, up here we get a lot of freeze thaw conditions in winter, so it's really hard to keep the truck clean!!

It's snowing today
