2006 F150 Rotors

I am getting ready to do brakes on my sons F150. I bit shell shocked by the price of the rotors... 6 lug 2wd, rotors come with bearings, and weird nut.... very expensive. I am assuming I don't pack the wheel bearings in this right????

Right, the bearings are sealed. The weird nut is the spindle nut and should be torqued to 296 ft/lb. I believe it is 36mm

We carry brake pad and rotor kits for these trucks. Here's a link to our website if you would like to check on pricing. The kit for this particular application includes the bearings too.

Thumbs up

Are you sure the rotors need to be replaced? In the past I have never replaced rotors unless they were warped or had ridges in them.
All I would do is use emory cloth in a circular motion on them, clean them, and put on Wagner TQ pads.
My current 07 F150 had 95K miles on the factory pads before I just did as above. All is good.
