I have a 2005 F150 with 4.2L V6. I have been getting a stutter or misfire when under a load. Had a code set and then the light reset. I have checked the code and it has only one code set PO353. What should I replace the coil pack and the plug wires? From what I have read so far on this code it could be alot of diffrent problems. I do not want to just throw parts at the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The truck has around 82K miles on it and is a standard shift not automatic.
