I was going to use this for my shop, but decided to go "all in" on buying a house, so it's for sale.

It has a 429 out of a '69 Mercury, a four speed manual transmission and a Dana 70 rear. It was sitting for 5 years when I bought it. Since then I've replaced the cab floors, exhaust system, all the steel and rubber brake lines, master cylinder, brake booster, all the fuel lines and fuel filter, tuned it up, replaced the wheels with modern 16" wheels with decent used tires and spent lots of time getting everything to work properly.

The truck comes with chock blocks, wheel dollies (dollies have tubes and pans) sling, and the crank handle for the booms. The wrecker unit is a Holmes 480 twin line. (It works) The bed sides have some rust in them, but I plan on replacing the rusty parts with steel in the near future. The price is pretty firm since I don't HAVE to sell it. No trades because I'm trying to raise money for a house.

Yes, I do.

Price is $2,300 because I'm having engine issues. It doesn't knock, but there is very little oil pressure all of a sudden. A person should be able to freshen up a 429 for $1,200. If it doesn't sell soon, I'll do the work myself and the price will go back up.

I just used it the other day to move my neighbor's new propane tank around. The bed works nice.
