diff's leak

hey guys, got a 2005 f250, with the 5.4 in it 4x4, with 130,000 miles, one of the wheel hub units on the front is loose so upon replacement inspection I noticed the rear differential is leaking oil out the yoke input seal area, and the front differential is leaking on the driverside output axle side, the part thats near the wheel bearing hub unit, the leaks are small, no puddles under it on concrete, but wet, I want to fix and replace, what am I in for? any special tools or anything to watch out for...tips? thanks!

Sometimes a leaking pinion seal can be caused by a clogged vent tube so that is what I usually check first.
