New guy from Katy...
What's up guys! Just droppng in to say hey. We currently live in Katy but I am working in Afghanistan. I just bought a 1989 F150 XLT Lariat. Interior is in great shape but the exterior is in desperate need of paint. This week it will be dropped off at our mechanics shop for them to give it a good look and fix anything that needs fixing.
After that it will be off to get a complete paint job. With the red interior I'm still trying to decide on how I want it painted. Decisions, decisions...
While I'm on the subject, anyone know of a good paint/body shop in the Katy or West side of Houston area? I've contacted S&T Auto in Katy and they will probably be the ones I go with but they are completely backed up for at least a month they said. I will be home in July and want it painted before then.

First Thank you for your service!!
Welcome to the TX chapter. Feel free to join in on any thread. Don't be scared the guys won't bite to hard. It's more of a playfull thing.
If your not already check out the TX chapter members map and add yourself to it if you like, or let us know and we can add you too it.
What's your name? We try to stick with a first name basis around here. It just makes it eaier to remember you than the screen name. Plus, if you make one of the meets it's much better calling you by your real name, and not s1rGr1nGO lol.
What branch are you in? Of course that's assuming (you know what that means) your in Afghanistan for the military, and not civilian.
