Best Fuel Bowl delete?

Went to replace my fuel pressure sensor, only to find the threads stripped out. I managed to get the teflon to hold the fuel in, but thats only a temporary fix.

Got the lookin last night on fuel bowl delete kits and it seems like its pretty straight forward and I can get rid of this fuel bowl.

What are some good setups? I realize I will be needing a RR, but that was in my to do list anyways. Truck is a daily driver, and will be upgrading injectors, but nothing wild.

I also read the filter kit that strictly deisel offers leaks at the fittings??? The thread was made in 09 so maybe he has fixed this..

thanks,
Josh

Strictly diesel does appear to have the nicest kit. It's the most expensive but looks to be the best quality.

being I havent done the hutch mod, I am leaning towards Strictly diesels tank/prepump kit. Would this filter be good enough up to the injectors? It doesnt tell how fine that filter is.

That kit, his fuel bowl delete kit and Clays RR would be cheaper than strictlys kit. The only benefit I see with strictlys RR are all new lines and you can control your fuel pressure without changing the spring. correct??

How would clays RR work without the fuel bowl?

You need a post pump filter to protect your injectors from wear particles and other debris after the fuel pump.

Clay's FRx is designed for use with the stock fuel bowl.

I built my entire regulated return system from the tank forward. I used a older ITP fuel bowl delete block kit that I purchased from another member, but you could fab up something similar to Strictly Diesel's current version. It is a little more forgiving with fitting alignment and attachment.
Where do you currently have your fitting in the bowl?

The fitting is directly above the IPR, near the top of the bowl

If you don't have a need for the fuel bowl when you are done then I will take it off your hands.

Why don't you tap that port and plug it, then use the post filter port on the lower passenger side of the bowl?
