i have a 1989 f350 dually 7.3 idi nonturbo, i want to put a set of new rims on it but i been told that the new modern wheels wont fit on these older trucks?? is this true?? could i use adapters or something like that?any help would be greatly appreciated thanks
the super duty wheels will not fit the old 8/6.5 bolt patterns that your truck has. i think it would be more of a hassle to try to fit them to em if its even possible
Another option is find E-series van rims. Even brand new 2013 models still use our old bolt patern, so any wheels you see on a van, will bolt on our old trucks.
But I think theres still a pretty big aftermarket place for rims on these things.
