Infamous rear window squeak/rattle fix?
New to this forum, have searched and read the many threads on this topic.
I have a 04 supercrew with electric slider. It has the ( what appears to be) common rattle/squeak on small bumps from the rear window. It only occurs when dry and goes away 100% in the rain. I have lifted the outer seal and greased under it....no change, still squeaks unless its raining....luckily I live in Seattle so it rains most days. I have made sure the window nuts are tight.
Has anyone found exactly where this noise is from and what area needs to be lubed, tightened or ??? to eliminate this very loud and annoying noise?
Im assuming it is exterior since it goes away in the rain, no leaks around the window, nothing loose inside, have made sure headliner is tight and have also tried taping the slider portion of window to ensure that wasn't the source.
Thanks for any more ideas to try!

It finally quit raining for a few days and my squeek rattle returned with a vengence! I found a white lithium aerosol grease made by WD-40, with the red tube. I used a plastic wedge to lift the outer seal and worked around the entire circumference of the window seal, spraying until it was dripping out. Wiped off excess and no more noise! Silence and my sanity have returned!

Yes, power slider. I couldn't pinpoint the exact source but In my case it was somewhere where rain could get. Its either the window frame or outer seal to the cab, either way the spray grease has taken care of it 100%....for how long we'll see.
