Windsor heads on a 351m block?
so I found a pretty good deal on some rebuilt windsor heads and the come with new valves and springs. and I was wondering what parts I would have to heave to put the windsor heads on my m block? would I just need the windsor intake or would I need more parts than that?

Not worth the effort. You may find manifolds for M or C heads on a W motor, but not for W heads on an M. You could make your own adapter plates and run a W manifold. Not sure how that would work, as the W manifolds are wet and yours is dry. Maybe you'd have to run a C manifold.
BUT, why bother? 400/351m heads are not rare.
AND, the 351w uses in-line valves, while the your motor uses canted valves. I doubt your pushrods will work, and there may be other serious geometry and alignment issues. Those can probably be overcome, but again WHY bother with such issues when OEM heads are available?
