Choosing a cam for the 63

So finally I am at the stage after everything on my 223 ( clifford full package - header- intake weber 38 ) that now I am thinking about putting in a cam. Needing some help and advice from others that have cammed a 223 before. What cam is best for 3 on the tree ( no overdrive ) and 3.25 gears in the back. She is for sure a daily driver at this point even on the highway but I don't push much past 65 mph. Will a cam upgrade take away some on the milage? Also I have no clue what cost is for labor.

Clifford has a cam grind spec for the 223 - your existing cam can be reground...
