Topmoo, It is just an illusion although the wheelbase is narrower than the original. The radiator that is left on the truck is the original? If he says he can align it, i will go ahead and try to get it up and running. All the welds look good but i will have that checked out also. Now i need to decide what chevy motor i can put in it that will fit without having to do to many modifications. I'm pretty sure a 350 would fit. once again thanks for the reply.

Because it can be aligned when sitting still does not make it safe to drive. That frame is an abomination that should never be put on the road. If I can't make it any more clear than that, then all I can say is good luck, and keep up you life insurance. I'll be sure to stay away from your part of TX.
