Clutch Fan wont disengage

Clutch Fan wont disengage
I drive about 80 miles a day and the other night on the way home I heard a loud blowing sound under the hood. When I got home, it looks like the clutch fan is constantly running and wont disengage. At least, this is what I think?
Please help!!
