Water in oil Oil in water
Just finished putting my motor back in my truck from oil pan replacement , injector O-rings , oil cooler rebuild with new O-rings , glow plugs , fuel bowl rebuild . Started truck everything was going just fine until I noticed white sludge building up in the degas bottle . Cracked the cap and the thick white slop was just pouring out . Not real happy at this point . Unscrewed oil drain plug and slop in there also . Thinking problem with the oil cooler maybe nicked or dislodged o-ring from rebuild . Going to remove tomorrow and check it out and wait for new O-rings from Guzzle . Do you all think this is causing my problem ? Also any recommendations on how to flush contaminated oil out of coolant system and coolant from oil system ? Thanks

First you gotta get the leak figured out...
When thats straight... simple green and distilled water flush.. heck i would even use garden hose water for the initial flush to get the bulk out... then distilled... then add your coolant...
Coolant flush procedures are in the tech threads...
Coolant out of oil system?
2 or 3 oil changes... let as much of that crud drain out as you can... new oil new filter... fun it for 10 minutes or so to get it cycled good...
Drain...
Repeat...
Until all signs of water are gone...
A blackstone analysis would be a good idea after the last oil change.
Use cheap 15-40 for the "flush". Otherwise this could get reeally expensive.

Keep in mind that it only takes 0.1% coolant in the oil to begin breaking it down. To get that level of cleanliness, you are going to have to push about 3-4 oil changes through and then keep changing your oil on short term intervals for another 2 oil change cycles. Use the cheapest diesel rated dino oil you can find for all of these changes, and makes sure to change the filter every time for additional contaminant removal.

More likely something went screwy with the oil cooler.
Rebuild it one mo again... try some Lucas assembly lube... i have had excellent luck with it...
