Aerated oil

Got a rough idle and air bubbles on the dipstick. Anything it could be other that te pick up tube? And how big of an issue is it to just run it like this?

Are you running any additives in the oil ?
Have you resealed the oil pan using RTV?

No additives and haven't ever had the oil pan off.
