Do you mean no spark or just that the motor won't start?

Did you verify the distributor is installed correctly when you replaced it or did you just stuff it in there with no regard for timing alignment?

So the truck had spark. Then you replaced the distributor, coil, and "box located on the firewall," and it isn't getting spark anymore. Correct?

If so, you did something while replacing said components. If you're positive you got the timing on the new distributor correct, then retrace your steps in the installation process. Check for wires you may have forgotten to unhook.

If there's no spark getting to the distributor, is there power to the coil? If there's power TO the coil, is there power coming OUT of the coil?

What size engine do you have?
Why did you start replacing items?
Was it because of no spark?
You say you replace the:
1. Distributor (and TIF module?)
2. coil pack (Ignition Coil?)
3. box located on firewall (MAP sensor?)

Why did you replace the MAP sensor?
