using f350 or f450 springs to lift a f250

I have a1991 f250 4x4 diesel and want to lift it a little. I can get used stock front f350 and f450 springs pretty cheap and was wondering how much lift I would get out of the f350 vs the f450 springs. Of course I would buy the correct axle drop brackets.

You would likely not get much if any lift with F350 springs. The F250 springs are stiffer because of the TTB action. You're pretty much stuck buying a lift kit, or doing an SAS to use the F350 springs.
