New guy from Ohio

Hey ladies and gentlemen , obviously I'm new here and to be honest I have no clue when it comes to Diesel engines. I recently bought a 99 powerstroke to pull my boat and camper and such. I joined y'all because of other people saying this is a great community to learn things. Like I said I am new to Diesel engines but I'm eager to learn all I can. So please be patient with me lol. My daddy always told me that the only dumb question is the one you don't ask. Great to be here and I'm looking forward to learning all I can about my 7.3 powerstroke!!

Welcome aboard!

Thanks for choosing FTE.

Here are a few of our forums that will probably be of particular interest to you:

The Ohio Chapter. Drop in here, join the chapter, and post a short intro:Ohio Chapter - Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums

The Super Duty forum. A great place to post questions about your SD or just to browse the topics there:Super Duty & Heavy Duty - Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums

The 1999 - 2003 7.3L Powerstroke Diesel forum. Another great source of info about the 7.3 and any specific engine / drive train related issues:1999 - 2003 7.3L Power Stroke Diesel - Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums

It's nice to hear that FTE comes highly recommended.

And, you are correct about what your dad told you. Mine told me the same and added that we're never too old to learn something new.

Enjoy the site and if you have any issues with navigating it, feel free to ask any of the members or site staff for help.
