Ok , new problem , when the engine is cold it runs great . However when it gets up to operating temperature huge loss in power . Transmission is downshifting but a normal hill ( unloaded ) it will drop 10 mph with pedal to the floor . Any thoughts without scanning codes ?

You answered your next move I believe, time to replace those fuel filters, use only Ford filters, aftermarket just aren't the same.

No wrench light or check engine light?

Check those filters...replace them.

That's a step in the right direction, hopefully it takes care of some of your issues.

Got two codes : one was exhaust pressure sensor "a" and the other was egr valve . My question is , Is there a possibility that one of these is causing the other ? I bought exhaust sensor but don't want to put on if egr valve is going to mess this one up . Any thoughts ? Mine is also " making oil " .

Can you list the exact codes? From what I've observed, when the engine is cold, the EGR is normally shut.

Have you allowed regen to finish completely?

I will get exact codes . When its cold it runs fine so that would reaffirm the code I got for egr . Could the exhaust pressure sensor be giving egr wrong msg ?

exact code numbers would help. I think the exhaust sensor would be the best start.

You also need to be monitoring your regens. Not letting them finish causing fuel in the oil.

Follow a 5K oil change schedule as well.
