How much are your tags nowadays? If i remember correctly, Alabama used to be quite a bit higher than Illinois', but that was a few years ago, it couldve changed

Ours is placed on value as well.. Just not as greedy.. The older it gets the cheaper to a point. They have a base of $25. The Miata was $27
